Petty Theft. 18 year old Caucasian male, 6’2,” got the attention of the hardware store staff when he came in with an empty backpack. His stand off-ish attitude attracted additional notice of the Loss Prevention Officer who monitored his shopping on security cameras. It was then that the officer was able to catch the suspect putting spray paint cans into his bag and proceeding to the exit without paying.
